Error Message: Impossible to move

Every time I go to upload a file it says Impossible to move. What is going on and how do i fix it?

You should start with these two sections of the manual.

4.11.4 Upload troubleshooting

4.11.5 Asking for support on upload issues

Be sure to follow all of the steps/instructions - it is the only way
