bridging with smf 1x relative path
« on: July 31, 2009, 10:09:27 pm »

Both apps run in standalone but I cant connect smf 1x and coppermine successfully :

Forum URL: http://www.sucklingpigs-media.com/mambo/forum

because the coppermine is  http://www.sucklingpigs-media.com/coppermine

therefor Relative path to smf's config file:    mambo/forum/ where the 'Settings.php' is

without the end slash
ERROR  mambo/forumSettings.php doesn't exist. Correct the value you entered for Relative path to your BBS's config file

with end slash
ERROR mambo/forum/Settings.php doesn't exist. Correct the value you entered for Relative path to your BBS's config file

I have read the board but couyld not find anything the same. So if anyone can help I and everyone around me would be obliged

That's wrong. Relative path would be ../mambo/forum/ and not just mambo/forum/

If this doesn't help, do exactly as suggested in the sticky thread on this sub-board.
