how can i make last updated photos in my web page?

The website you refer to is using a cms with a plugin that is calling the pictures (and is also running an out of date coppermine install).

The plugin is an easy way of setting up a content syndication install called cpmfetch. There is a whole board dedicated to it here.,87.0.html
It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.
