Hi,

I am new to this. can someone  please tell me how to

1. get thumbnail next to category.

2. on the demo above random part there are some categories(architecture, Landscape etc)... how do i add those from admin or is it a plugin.

Welcome to the forum. We have a strict "one question per thread" policy on the board. We have a couple of other policies that you obviously failed to read. They are summarized in the board rules thread. Please read them now and do as suggested there.

Use the category control panel as suggested in the docs.

Those are not categories, but albums that reside in the root. No plugin needed.
