Private albums - no access by guest users
« on: June 10, 2009, 12:40:41 pm »

Trying to create a private album using album p/w rather than group rights to avoid creating loads of users. Think I ticked all the right boxes, pics upload ok but when I try to access as a guest using the p/w, the album does appear, with thumbnails but when picture is selected the  'no image to display' mesage appears......works fine when I log in.

Probably a really basic problem, totally new to this, but any suggestions...

First suggestion is to immediately upgrade. Then come back with a link to your gallery.

That version is very out of date!

People often have more than one install of coppermine so it would be confusing if that was to happen.

Good luck with the upgrade.

It is a mistake to think you can solve any major problems just with potatoes.
