Failing at uploading files

Hi, my album is at http://bart.sitegoz.com/album, When I upload pics (small and large) he always says that the size is always too big, I've checked the settings. plz help

getting "Destination directory is not writable by the script ! " but it is CMOD 777 -_-

Also, you haven't done as requested in that link.
