Watermark dowsn't work for small images

hello.
i have a problem...i don't know what to set up to make my watermark work for small images..

i've uploaded a small image and the watermark didn't resize ...


what should i do?

Set a decent value for 'downsize...'. Look up in the modpack docs how downsizing works.
