Photos and e-mail in User Profile

Hi!
When I'm clicking on the user profile, I see info about him and his LAST COMMENTED PHOTOS! How can I make his last uploaded (or all his) photos to show?
And one more question - is it possible to show user e-mail in profile, or e-mail sending form?

If the user has uploaded a pic, you should see 2 pics in the profile.  One is the last uploaded.  Click on that and you go to see all his pics.
