What is OK? The gallery is running cpg1.4.20, while the most recent stable is cpg1.4.21, so it needs upgrading. Apart from that, we'd need a test user account to help figure out potential upload issues. What's the actual error message you get after doing as suggested in the docs, section "upload troubleshooting"? Do exactly as suggested in the docs, section "asking for support on upload issues".

The file 'albums/userpics/budo~1.jpg' can't be inserted in the album

Error executing ImageMagick - Return value: 127

Cmd line :
convert -quality 80 -antialias -geometry 67x100 'albums/userpics/budo~1.jpg' 'albums/userpics/thumb_budo~1.jpg'

The convert program said:
sh: convert: command not found

File: /home/fabarts1/public_html/GALLERY/db_input.php - Line: 402
gallery
There is a test user on this gallery.

@Joachim: I replied like that due to I started to numbering all the broken board rules so my post was sensles. I mean, he didn't post anything about anything, so how can we help? He don't even said what the problem was.. I checked and he claim to be from "Canada" so it was not a language poblem. That's why I reply in the same way he asked in order to get something from him like: "It's not ok, I can not upload anything because it show X error". So, we could finally help in that way.  :-\

Read the documentation.

Your error message is explained at http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#upload_error_messages
How to update is explained at http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#14

A test account is of no value if you don't provide the password for it.
