it is   good idea if we let the user  that  regisiter to  creat there  album  and uplouding  all their  photo

and  there is  a plase to use a copyrigth for them  if the   pic is  copyright or not ..

enable users to create albums in public categories has been requested before and is being considered for future versions of coppermine.

I don't understand your second request (language issue probably), please re-phrase (preferably in another thread, since it's most helpful to have one question/request per thread).
