10 people rated one picture using "rate this picture" option. :) i am having admin privilege. :) how can i know that who gave what rating for the picture?

It's not such a good feature imo to be considerated. In most of galleries votes are made by unregistered members so what's the point of record something like "vote made by 190.176.165.239"? It's senseless.

Yes, but:
In most of galleries votes are made by unregistered members

PS: and its always good to have records of whats happening inside. :)
Not always, in big galleries it's a very bad idea, log someting it's a very resource eating feature.

If you really need that feature, then code it and let the community participate - share your modification. If you can't, hire someone to code it for you. The feature will probably not go into the core because none of the developers considers it important to know who rated in which way. Rating is more of a gimmick anyway.

Please do as Fabricio suggested and let the discussion end here.
