Batch Upload Doing Duplicates!

Hey,

I'm running Coppermine 1.4.19. I'm not too sure what's going on but lately when I go to batch upload files sometimes (and it's very random) the system decides it wants to upload the same picture twice. I've attached a screenshot of what I mean.

What can I do to try and fix this problem?

Oh, I should probably add that if I just say to add them it will actually add it twice, and not come up as a duplicate in the database and skip it!

See if making the code changes described in http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php/topic,57717.0.html helps. If not, stop using special characters in file and folder names.
