below is the skin of the forum, does someone know appropriate skin which is similar to my forum's skin or i can easily edit it to become similar?

It's easy to make your own theme... just look at the themes that came with coppermine and edit one of them (templete.html) to look like how you want it to look.

The easiest one to modify is the default theme, but they all can be changed.

Edit the style.css, theme.php, and template.html as required.

See the demo, and change the theme there to 'styleguide', to see which bit of the style.css controls what.
