I submitted sitemap on google webmaster tools it shows sitemap to be ok also showed that site urls submitted are 3306 but only 8 urls are indexed. I tried so many times submitting different sitemaps also xml sitemaps but google does not index my all urls
My coppermine gallery sitemap is http://www.picsmall.com/pics/sitemap_plus.php
also other sitemaps submitted as in attachment screenshot of webmaster tools of google
Please tell me where is the problem & how can I resolve it

I'm pretty sure it says somewhere that submitting links does not guarantee they will be indexed.

I think you'll need some SEO lessons. It it no Coppermine problem, you need first backlinks. I checkt your backlinks with http://www.internetbaron.de/backlink-checker-link-check.html (German) and it found only 11. You can enter your page to web directories http://www.directorycritic.com/free-directory-list.html (take only the free submit and create an extra email address or you will get spam). If you have only a few backlinks, google come once a month, so it will take a long  time until all your pages are @ google.
