Missing links in image description
« on: March 17, 2009, 11:04:38 am »

Hello together.

I just updated my Coppermine to the newest Version 1.4.21 was 1.4.20 before and realised, that all my links in any image description are gone. The links are embedded using BBCode like
Code: [Select]
[url=http:\\www.wherever.de]Go wherever[/url]. The links were working with any older version of Coppermine. Now the link is no longer highlighted but there is an image (../images/descending.gif) after the link with the link target as alt-text. The image is not clickable.
Links whithin the content written with the miniCMS plugins and all other navigation links work fine.

Find my gallerie at this URL: http://www.fotowald.de (sorry, not all translated in english yet). The Links on the main page, as well as the navigation links are working.
Look at the description of this image: http://www.fotowald.de/displayimage.php?pos=-1448 . There were three links, which are no loger working (You will find the same problem with different images.)

Thank you very much for your help!

Kind regards,
André

That's intentional. See the release announcement.

Thank you, that explains it. -solved.-
Obviously I haven't read the new specs carefully enough.

Better safe than sorry.
