I can't see how http://www.cdcovers.cc/ is related to coppermine nor do I know what a youtube videobar is. At least on the start page they don't appear to be using it. There's a youtube mod or two on this site - use the search to find it. If that's not what you're after, then we don't have it.
You might want to use some more words to illustrate your questions in the future - will be helpfull both on this board as well as elsewhere on the net.

OK, again: how is that related to coppermine? I mean, I want some things pretty badly as well. But just wanting them sometimes just is not enough. The video bar comes from Google. I have never heard about it before, but I just look at the source code and was able to find reference to it. Read up http://www.google.com/uds/solutions/videobar/
This is however not related at all to coppermine. If you want to add something like that to coppermine-driven pages, you'd be adding the corresponding HTML/JavaScript as if you were adding adsense or any other content. As it depends where and when you want that content to appear, do as suggsted per board rules and post a link to your coppermine driven gallery if you need instructions where in coppermine's code to add that Google Ajax code. Post a link and describe where exactly on your page you want that bar to appear. If you want fool-proof instructions, zip your custom theme and attach that to your posting as well.
