Personalizzare il CSS

Vorrei inserire un bordo alle miniature dellla mia gallery utilizzando il css e inserendo questo codice

Il problema è che..non so dove inserirlo nel css.

Se usi Firefox (e se non lo usi te lo consiglio!) puoi utilizzare l'add-on WebDevelopper che ti consentirà di modificare il foglio di stile in tempo reale, vedendo cosa fai.
