How do I create a category that all users can add albums and photos to?

I have read the FAQ but still am lost. My CPG is at www.apsn.us/gallery

I would like to make it so that any user can add an album to the other 2 categories I have made. Right now, users (other than admin) can only add personal albums.

Very losted indeed. The gallery you're running it's not powered by Coppermine. Go to: http://www.plogger.org/ and ask there this same question.

Mr. Ferrero,

I made a mistake in my FTP directory. Have a look again. Its now coppermine. Sorry...

btw, I tried plogger, and it is not what I am looking for.

By design, non-admins can not create albums in public (i.e. admin-created) categories. There's no hack nor workaround to circumvent this. Has been asked and answered many times over. What you request will be a feature though in the un-released cpg1.5.x. No support though for that version, nor is there a scheduled release date.
