I am a newbie.... And I need some Paid help to Update

I had a company who was doing my hosting, Our deal was that they keep Coppermine updated, and apparently they have not. Shame on me! I am willing to pay someone a fair price to update my existing installation. I can provide all of the details for the server, and have the authorization to grant access for upgrades. I recently got hacked, I think, and am desperately seeking quality support.

- What's your budget?
- Do you want to pay only for a one-time update or do you search a person who will do this for future releases?
- Has something else to be done, except the update?
- Do you have a modified gallery or are all files unmodified?
