Top quick question : integrate fixed content on coppermine design

hi, I try searching on the forums, but doesnt found ...

I try to make a page on my installed coppermine, with a fixed content ( in html or via php), but integrated in coppermine design ( like "partners.php" with partners logo for exemple).

I suppose it's easy but ...

please help, not found in faq & here
