Wont allow me to upload nomore

I cant upload ANY images nomore ive tried everything when i upload something i get this message

The file 'albums/userpics/10002/normal_3885632kdanick928200882422PM~2.jpg' can't be inserted in the album

Error executing ImageMagick - Return value: 127


Cmd line :
convert -quality 80 -antialias -geometry 58x100 'albums/userpics/10002/normal_3885632kdanick928200882422PM~2.jpg' 'albums/userpics/10002/thumb_normal_3885632kdanick928200882422PM~2.jpg'



The convert program said:
sh: convert: command not found

CAN SOMEONE HELP??????????????

Either you don't have ImageMagick installed or it is not where you told Coppermine it was. Either get it installed and set the path correctly or use GD2 if available. Search before posting.
