No picture showing to use crop and rotate feature????
« on: June 06, 2008, 12:37:08 am »

??? I am trying to use the crop and rotate feature. But, when I click on the link it takes me to a new window that does not show the picture to edit. How and what do I need to do to fix this issue? All help is very much appreciated!

Thank you,

Dee  :-*

This is probably down to server limitations so is something you cannot fix. As this feature uses a lot of resources you are better of doing it on your computer before uploading.

Thank you Phill for pointing that out once more. Has been asked and answered many times over already; the answer remains the same that Phill posted: this is a resources-intensive process - if server-sided crop&rotate doesn't work for you, don't use it. No easy method to circumvent this.
