Can't move your image

Hi to everyone.
I tested some posibilities before post here, BUT still doesn't work...

Well, see..

when I try to upload pictures (since 1 week) I can't.
This message jump into my computer:

'Error message, impossible to move'

So i tried for FTP and its the same.
I can't imagine how will be the problem, please can someone help me?????????.
This is the first time that doesn't work.

While you're at it.. upgrade to 1.4.20 asap.
