add photo to coppermine

I have a problem, I want to ask it all of member but I dont know How I can make, I hope you can help me.
I want to use coppermine at my website I install coppermine from host server from under fantastico which is present my hosting server. when I click a link from my website, coppermine is running. but I cant add photo. I have a look internet, I learn that I have to change albums and under other files chmd number to 777 . I make it but nothing. I make a file under albums file in server, and I add my photo in it also add in albums file  by ftp ,I cant it  can you help me? and how can I send my question to all people who looks here?

Using Fantastico for installing Coppermine is not a bright idea, see here why
For your problem, read and do exactly what is describe in this thread,24088.0.html

Avez vous lu la DOC ? la FAQ ? et cherché sur le forum avant de poster ?
