looking for someone to setup, cystom template and bridge

I already have coppermine and phpbb3 installed, I am looking for saomeone that can bridge the two and create or sync templates,

You need to provide a link, your budget and a little more detail. What you are asking sounds quite simple. It just depends on how much integration visually with the rest of your site is required.
