the pictures change colour and look pixel-ly

Hi

ok so i am completely new to this stuff and i got my friend to set up my CPG. It was goign fine for a while i had successfully uploaded about 30 or so pictures so i quit for the day. the next time i uploaded pictures they turned into messes.

and i have NO idea what to do to fix it.

Means you changed the resize method to GD1 in config. Set it back to GD2.

ok i changed it back to GD2. then reuploaded

ummm..but its still not working.
