Coppermine 1.4.19 under Windows Server 2003 (English Version)

I installed the Coppermine 1.4.19 under Windows Server 2003 (English Version).

For the Windows Server 2003 setting, all the Regional and Language Options were set to Chinese (Taiwan).

I set the Language as Chinese-Big5 and Character Encoding as UTF-8 in Coppermine 1.4.19.

All the pages can be seen as Traditional Chinese properly except for the one in "Batch Add Files" called "searchnew.php".

As the album folders inside the Windows Server 2003 have some files with chinese names,
it showed some symbols instead of correct chinese names.

Can anyone tell me how to solve this problem?
