Uploading photos with an mac computer

Hey guys,
I have an mac os x computer since yesterday (I have had windows xp before). And now I just wanted to know how I can upload photos now into my gallery?
'Cause there's no web publishing wizard for a mac.. so I wanted to know, if there's any other chance to upload photos into my gallery now.
