Bad quality by the thumbnails in the gallery

hello,
when i upload pictures to my gallery and look at the thumbnails, they had all a bad quality, maybe someone knows why?
hope someone can help me by this, thank you

As you require registration you better provide a non-admin test user account for supporters. Not related to themeing - moving accordingly.
