A recently hacker attack on my site, and i update the gallery to latest.
but now i am facing an issue that my uploaded images from py pc or url as admin or user cant be uploading.

i check the details and follow the instruction from

and found the errors
The file 'albums/userpics/paki-299__PenelopeCruz04_~0.jpg' can't be inserted in the album
Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image.

can any body help me regarding this issue, and  i am not using any mode or hack except of orignal 1.4.17 gallery.

This post is pretty old so you may have found a solution already. If not, did you try deleting the tilda from the filename? That's probably making Coppermine unhappy.
