Diplicate Title when display RANDOM IMAGE !! >"<

My problem is :

link to a random image

>> random-image-x-x.html >> Meta Title >> AAA

normal link to a image :

>> display-image-y-y.html >> Meta Title >> AAA

>>> dupplicate title with 2 link >"<

How could i add " Random IMG " to the Title when i view a random image ??

>> >> random-image-x-x.html >> Title >> Random IMG : AAA

i have tried to find solution but :D >"<

plz help ^^
