It's not there for regular users.

In a way it is. I believe it was locked some time back due to abuse but occasionally threads will get moved there from other areas if the warrant it. Regular users cannot start new threads but can respond to them if it has not been locked due to abuse.

General discussion for everything that's coppermine-related. Do NOT post support or feature requests here, they should go into the proper boards. Edit 2007-04-11: Locked this sub-board; regular users can't start new threads here.

That sub-board was intended for general discussion that is not support related, however users abused it as support board out of sheer laziness. It simply caused too much moderation effort and therefor was closed. Ranting about that decision is pointless.

There is no "right place" for such a meta discussion, as you failed to post what you actually wanted to say. After all, this entire forum is dedicated to coppermine. Things that are not coppermine-related should not be posted here at all, as we simply don't want a chit-chat sub-board here.
Post what you actually wanted to say. If you do that, a moderator will move your thread accordingly. Right now, you just wasted supporter's time once more. You already have a record of misbehaviour. Start playing by the rules or you'll get banned. Locking, marking thread accordingly.
