Uploading same picture in different albums for members (easy way)

After searching tens of pages, I am pretty sure the answer is not there. I want to offer members an easy way of uploading the same picture into different albums.
It is possible, when selecting the pictures for uploading, to select the same picture several times. After uploading, you can place them into different albums. Is it possible, maybe with an add-on, to place 1 uploaded picture to different albums? It is no problem if de picture is multiplied on the server. The selecting a picture several times is for most members not clear enough.
Does some kind of feature exist?

Use albums keywords. Read up the docs on that and then teach your users about it.
