chop thumbnails

I want all my thumbnails chopped so regardless of there actual size they all look the same

I'm unsure about the whole Files and thumbnails settings section. What should I be changing to make this happen? I have attached what my Files and thumbnails settings looks like.

That's a feature of Stramm's modpack.
