white screen when batch adding files

Whenever I click on the "Batch Add Files" button, the page tries to load but then I just get a white screen. This never happened before on the server. I know that it takes a while to get the thing to load, but never have I encountered a white screen like this before. I am using the latest version of Coppermine.

I tried exactly that, and I still get a blank screen when I click on the "Batch Add Files" link.

Oh, great. The test user account doesn't have upload privileges. RTFM!. Play by the rules, start thinking for a moment and test the data you post before making us verify them for you. After all, it's you who wants help, not vice versa, so you better do your homework.
