What's the point? You need to be the admin to click on the config and catagory links.

I know how Coppermine works, as I'm involved in developing it ;). When I access http://www.kiefersutherlandfan.org/gallery/admin.php, I get the expected result (the page shows as expected, with the message "You don't have permission to access this page."). That's why I asked for a link - I wanted to check if the blank page happens both for the admin as well as for the non-admin (which is not the case). You have a huge number of categories, so it's possible that the scripts just time out due to limitations imposed by your webhost. Another thing to test if this is related to your custom themes, so I suggest testing this as well with another theme: try if you can access your config page using the classic theme by going to http://www.kiefersutherlandfan.org/gallery/admin.php?theme=classic
