Urm . . . You could try getting the current supported version (1.2.1).  1.3 is beta and therefore not supported. Indeed, you are in the wrong forum.

If you have the skills necessary to work with beta software, I suggest you examine the 1.3 Bugs/Testing forum, where the issue has been covered in detail.
