[Turned Down]: Limit one album per user and limit number of photos...

What I need is to limit each registered user to creating one album, and to limit that album to a given number of photos. Sorry if this request is redundant, but I searched the forums and the available mods till my eyes glassed over, to no avail. Maybe I missed it, but seems there should be such a mod or hack that's at lease similar to this.  ???

Has been asked before afaik. There is no hack to accomplish this and I strongly doubt that such a feature will go into the core.
