I have modified my galley alot and I don't want to install your whole modpack, all I'm after is letting members have an avatar in their profile, comments and on the main page etc...

Is there a way to add just the Avatar part of the modpack?

You'd have to add the parts of the modpack that are realted to the avatars to your coppermine version. That'll require some php knowledge.
