Only Admins can upload to the 'public' albums, how can I...?

Only Admins can upload to the 'public' albums, how can I change it so that everyone or just a specific group can upload to the public albums. My members can only upload to their own albums, their member albums.

I have tried all configuration, but nothing works. What is wrong? Please help me. :(

Go into album properties, and set 'Visitors can upload pictures' to Yes.

Make sure you have set "Users can can have private albums" set to YES in coppermine config.

Not working! Can't see the properties for the Album even if I have set Users Can create private albums to Yes :(
