I download the latest modpack but how do I add it then and where? I already have a coppermine gallery on my site so anyone knows the instructions? Thanks.

unzip, then open an read the file '_modpack_howto.txt'

here it says i have to back-up.. then what do i do? do i upload the modpack folder as "gallery" which is the current name of my coppermine gallery? i dunt get what i shuld do?
