Difficulties w/ layout and category picture/album count.

http://www.sortons.net/photos/index.php

Please see ... I've changed a lot of configuration

Actually it's

catlist/alblist/random,4/lastalb,4

(no lastalbum appears :))

But the problem ... it's the level of appearing albums !!! arghh !
I don't want people see the Gaumont's galleries like that :)

And other bug : I don't understand why the number of the pics and the number of albums don't appear next to the category : have I to do something ?

EDIT : bug album OK > my eyes (héhé)

Ok no bug in fact, but a new option inside Admin'

...

There are some errors in French Translation ...

But ... Tarique realized an option that doesn't work on my site : the number of albums + pics in category :(

"There are some errors in French Translation ... "

Too bad you didn't offer to help with the French translation then...

yeah, last minute (3 days before release) mels volunteered (thanks again, mels!) to do the translation. You had access to the cvs all the time, you could have done the translation, you could have done test installs. Now you find about about "bugs" in the translation and just report them, instead of posting a fixed french translation.
I don't want to take a look at pages where people fixed problems, I want code we can use to fix problems before more people download buggy code! Knowing about bugs and not fixing them would give us a very bad reputation...

Someone missed the concept of "open source"...

For those who are confused, open source software is software prepared by all sorts of users who are willing to commit a little bit (or a lot in the case of people like gaugau and tarique, et. al.) of their time to provide the world with software that end users can use for free.  Then along come people who have nothing but complaints and gripes when they have had plenty of opportunity to jump in and give a hand.

Quite honestly, it's a bit upsetting.  So, instead of "The French translation has much mistakes"... FIX THEM and then POST THEM.  Be part of the solution.

That's the beauty of "open source."

In this case, and for tomorrow, you'll have a french version without errors :)

Don't hit me, please
