Uploading pics by FTP
« on: September 17, 2008, 07:14:35 am »

I'm having problem uploading images by FTP.
When I click "Batch Add Pictures" the folder with all my pictures is selected and I can see my pictures listed - except I can't see their previews. Windows shows them as "picture not found". It works fine with video-files though..

When I try to upload anyway I get an error message with every image-file, but not with video-files..

Anyone who has an idea, what might be the problem??

Do exactly as suggested in the docs, sections "upload troubleshooting" and "asking for support on upload issues". Additionally, post a deep link to one of the files that you're having issues with when trying to perform a batch-add.
