Yesterday I sharpen the thumbs of my gallery:

and then I went to my admin tools to update the thumbs, but I only updated my recent albuns to test the sharpening and because I didn't have time to update my whole gallery. So today I started to update the entire gallery and the thumbs won't sharpen. Even if I try to update one album at the time they continue the same.. can someone help me?

Please tell me the steps that I have to follow and explain me very cleary what I have to do, because I'm very slow with these kind of things

Make sure that you don't look at cached copies of the images you want to see sharpened. Clear your cache, or force-refresh your browser using [Ctrl] + [F5]
