Hello, when I use final extract with the theme classic, it works well, means, that what I want to remove went off. (In the cpg standard settings and user group, I moved out all possibilities related to upload, login, ratings and comments, but even when I go back to default there is no change in the behaviour of final extract)

This is not the case with the other themes, the list and the result:

eyeball > nothing is diabled
fruity >  very well
hardwired and the following themes > home can be disabled, not the others

rainy day > every item can be disabled, but there is conflict of the text of the range "config / categories / albums / ....." and the empty rectangular cases which do not match with the text, because the empty cases are some lines moved to the bottom.

on water drop > very well


I wanted to use hardwired theme and later on of the other themes which I can download ?

Is there anyone who can help me? Of course, each time I tried to save the settings of final extract related to the theme.

Final extract doesn't work with all themes, as it relies on a particular method to build the menu, which is not being used in all themes. Why don't you stop playing around with many different themes that you're not going to use anyway? Decide for one theme, then try if final extract works for that theme. If it doesn't, post a link to your gallery and zip up the custom theme you're using and attach that zip to your posting. A supporter can then easily tell you what to do instead of having issues trying to identify your actual question. I understand that you're trying to come up with as much information as possible, but your postings are a bit long to read and understand.

Hello, not true what you say of "playing around".    Also, I did not find about final extract in the support forum for which themes it works fine !!

I WAS DECIDED TO USE HARDWIRED but unfortunatly it does not work here (AND I do not like FRUITY and WATERDROP), so may be I let it as it is for instance on localhost ... but later I have to look to find another theme without error. I hope that's short enough and I try to be shorter next time  . (Thanks for the Zip-advise I'll remember when I will be on remote host)

I already told you what to do: zip your custom theme (the one you want to use) and attach it to your posting. Should not be too hard imo.

Sorry, final extract was no more installed when I zipped the first time "hardwired". (I noticed there were also a big graphic display errors related to photo-shop when I clic on Checkout)

May be you can advise me also how to make disappear under the image "crop and rotate" and "delete this file" , because not reated by final extract ? Thanks.

The theme "hardwired" contains a menu definition of it's own in theme.php and overrides the final extract plugin in this aspect - just remove the stuff you no longer want by editing theme.php.
However, it's a not a bright idea to remove the login link - just disable user registration. The login link should remain for you as admin. Anyway, if you decide to remove it, you have to manually go to the login page.

Then don't look at the theme when logged in as admin - the admin will see those controls no matter what. Log out to see what your visitors can do. The only thing you actually need to remove from the menu are the "last comments" and "top rated" menu icons. To accomplish this, edit theme.php, find

We have a strict "one question per thread" policy that you agreed to respect when signing up. This is definitrely not related to editing the menu. Anyway, I can't see the point in this: if you disallow your users to upload, how should they ever see the crop&rotate screen?

First time many thanks, Joachim,  answering so quickly, I try to do in this way! Second: of course, login must be possible, but I can do it by login.php because I don't plan any user login. CPG will be a show case of a gallery, via photo-shop I hope to realise an request offering system for the basket content and nothing else.
(For the rest, I apologize because not knowing if CPG could do the work, I did not spend many time to read the forum rules, docs and so on, as said one times before, and I'm not much  experienced using support forums too. )
