Edit the admin_menu

I've manged to do this before, but I can't find where to modify the admin_menu. Where can I find the file?

If $template_user_admin_menu isn't in your theme.php, copy it from the sample theme.php and paste it into yours. Make you changes.

Do you know how I can changed numer of upload fields from 5 to more?

We have a strict "one question per thread" policy that you agreed to respect when signing up. Your initial question could have been asnwered easily if you would have searched before posting. Same thing applies for your second question: RTFM, then search the board.
