Thanks for the new docs - I have added them to the SVN. If you can, please use an editor that is capable to encode line breaks in Unix-style. See http://documentation.coppermine-gallery.net/en/dev_tools.htm#dev_tools_editor

I was using ultra-edit but maybe i miss a setting 
do you know what is the setting i must  look for ?

I don't use Ultra-Edit any longer, but I remember that you can set the line breaks there somewhere. Setting Ultra-Edit to use utf-8 by default might help
