Invalid action for form creation

I had installed coppermine, but I don't know what mean ?? I use upload file, my coppermine has message is " Invalid action for form creation " ..... ???  :cry:  
And I read the history post reply this problem is 1.2 upgrade to 1.3, but I only one install version 1.3 ....

CPG 1.3 is beta software, and it has no support.  The BB integration issue is thoroughly covered in the CPG 1.3 testing/bugs forum.

If you are not experienced enough to use beta software, please remove 1.3 and install 1.2.1, which is the latest supported version. You will be able to upgrade to 1.3 when it is finalized.
