When somebody upload a photo the photo is not directly showed to public.
The reason for this is that the admin must agree the photo how can I change that to after uploading the photo is direct vissible with out agreeing by admin or user.

Disable upload approval on the groups page.

I don't speak Dutch, but I guess it's "Akkoord". We can't help you with your language issues. Temporarily switch your gallery to English if you can't figure out what the Dutch word is by going to http://your_site.tld/your_gallery/?lang=english
Once you have solved your issue, go back to your language like this http://your_site.tld/your_gallery/?lang=xx
