Email notification MOD added to the gallery needed

I have Coppermine 1.4 installed and I would like to get email notification added to it.
I want members to be able to receive email notifications from the gallery to their personal email account when someone leaves feedback or comments on their work uploaded.

Time allowed whatever you feel you need
Money alloted $10.00 and I will pay with paypal upon completion of job and if job is done well I will then come back and announce you have completed the job so others will also select you to do work for them

This should be possible, but 10$ are too little money (in my opinion).
I can't test this in my personal gallery, because email doesn't work on the server I'm hosting.
